• Variety: Ambrosia, Cortland, Honeycrisp, Empire, Gala, Golden Delicious, Golden Russett, Gravenstein, Ida Red, Jersey Mac, MacIntosh, Northern Spy, Paula Red, Red Delicious
• Yield: 600-1,200 bu/ac once mature
• Markets: Canada, USA and UK
• Key End Products: fresh apples, fresh apple slices, readymade pies, and apple juice (pure) not concentrate
